About Nagila

When I started playing with Nagila in 1988, the band contained seven people. We played standard and original messianic songs at various local events in Georgia . In 1990, three of the band members had a dream that we were playing on the beaches in Israel. Imagine, the same dream with three of us....the same night.

During a band meeting, the other members of Nagila decided to retire when the three of us wanted to take the band on the road. We three wanted to bring that special Nagila sound to other synagogues and churches...to spread the Gospel of our Jewish Messiah throughout the Jewish and non-Jewish world.

We did a concert in 1990 at Beth Hallel in Roswell, GA. and, during that concert, Rabbi Robert Solomon was supernaturally prompted to start the ball rolling to place us in Studio 4 Productions in Philadelphia to record an album.

"Valley of Vision" was the result. It contained original songs from the group and was the first Messianic Jewish contemporary rock album done on a fully digital format.

We had wonderful times performing in the former Soviet Union and South America for Rabbi Jonathan Bernis and made many "forever" memories.
